Declan Rice has been praised by Arsenal fans for his quality once again in the side’s Premier League clash with Burnley.
The midfielder has been a standout star for the Gunners this season, helping them take an early lead in the Premier League, while also featuring in the Champions League and Carabao Cup.
Arsenal’s form has coincided with their success from set-piece scenarios, in which Declan Rice has played a key role.
The midfielder has come in for plenty more praise from supporters after playing a key part in the clash with Burnley.

Declan Rice praised for his set pieces in Arsenal’s clash with Burnley
Declan Rice’s performances have been under the spotlight since his move to Arsenal, with a fee of £105 million paid for him.
That has been repaid with the star improving in many aspects, but not least in his set-piece deliveries.
The Gunners continue to be a threat from corners and free-kicks, thanks to Rice’s delivery, which was on display against Burnley, as he helped set up the opener for Viktor Gyokeres.
Fans took to social media to praise his impact, as one said: “Declan Rice is a cheat code and a half, it’s actually ridiculous.”
Another said: “Declan Rice might just be the best corner taker in the world right now. The precision, the whip, and the curve he gets on those deliveries are unreal.”
“I think Declan Rice is an all time best set piece delivery. Unbelievable,” another fan said during the match.
Another asked: “Is Declan Rice the best corner kick taker ever?”
“I wouldn’t wish a Declan Rice dead ball on my worst enemy,” another fan joked on social media.
“Declan Rice is due a direct corner kick goal,” one suggested.
With Rice adding goals and assists to his game, there is a question of what the midfielder can’t do for the team.

Declan Rice is setting set-piece standards in world football
Declan Rice’s set-pieces are coming into focus as a key factor in Arsenal winning so many games this season.
It’s no surprise that the quality of the delivery is creating chances to help the Gunners break the deadlock.
On set-piece assists alone, Rice has ten assists since January 2024, the most of any player across the big five leagues.
That is simply direct assists, and doesn’t count the chances he creates from those set pieces, such as the one against Burnley that saw Gabriel head it across to Gyokeres.
Rice is setting the standards and Arsenal have found a way to win games thanks to their record signing.
