Ian Wright has spent some time discussing the impact of Martin Odegaard at Arsenal and supporters have been reacting to his comments on Twitter.
The on-loan Real Madrid ace has slowly but surely started to perform for the Gunners and is earning rave reviews for his recent efforts.
He scored in the first leg of the club’s Europa League victory over Olympiacos and also notched in the North London derby against Tottenham.
Wright heaped praise on the 22-year-old during the latest recording of Wrighty’s House Podcast, saying: On the half-turn, his quick thinking, his passes, as soon as he gets it he already knows what he’s doing.

“We’ve got to find a way to sign him, I don’t know how it’s going to happen. He’s the one.”
Signing Odegaard permanently will be tricky. At this stage, there is no suggestion of how Madrid view his development – or whether they intend to cash in on him.
He is paid £85,000-a-week by Los Blancos who would be within their rights to demand up to £60 million for his services.
Nonetheless, Arsenal supporters think their club legend is right to suggest the club needs to sign him and have taken to Twitter in support.
Here is what they’re saying about the comments made by Wright on Odegaard.
