Arsenal could be set to make a ‘huge investment’ in one key position this summer.
Much has been made of Arsenal’s need for a new striker, particularly during the January transfer window.
Mikel Arteta’s men had been struggling to score goals before the mid-season break, with Ivan Toney and Victor Osimhen labelled as potential targets.

The focus on the Gunners needing a new man up front has somewhat subsided after Arteta’s men have bagged 31 goals in their last seven league games.
But journalist Charles Watts remains convinced that Arsenal will go into the market for a new striker this summer.
Arsenal could make ‘big’ move for new striker
Speaking in his latest YouTube video, Watts discussed Eddie Nketiah’s future and feels it’s the right time for the Hale End Academy product to move.
The journalist also spoke about Mika Biereth, who is making a huge impact in the Eredivisie after leaving Arsenal on loan last summer.
Despite Biereth’s encouraging season, Watts expects Arsenal to make a ‘big investment’ up front this summer.
“I think Arsenal still need a striker,” the journalist said. “I think they will get a striker and I think this summer we will see a big investment in the forward line.”

With Arsenal currently scoring for fun, some would be forgiven for feeling they don’t need a striker.
Yet, you only have to look at their fellow title challengers Manchester City to see what kind of an impact a goalscorer can have on a team.
City had already won the Premier League four times before snapping up Erling Haaland. But after landing the Norwegian, his goals helped City to a treble last term, which included an elusive Champions League.
We’ve already seen that Arsenal are intent on constantly improving Arteta’s squad and there is certainly room for improvement up front.
