The lowdown on Scotland's THREE men hunting first caps

Danny Cowley didn’t rule this out, telling Hampshire Live: “All loan players tend to have recall clauses, they all tend to have them.”

This is exciting for Arsenal fans for two reasons.

Firstly, the likes of Thomas Partey and Mohamed Elneny could be off to the Africa Cup of Nations in January.

This would leave Arsenal with a depleted midfield, so there’s a good chance Mikel Arteta could recall Azeez.

Secondly, he’s an incredibly talented player who has what it takes to become a first-team regular for the Gunners.

Arsenal prodigy Miguel Azeez – the story so far

Azeez is a dynamic midfielder equally skilled as an anchorman as he is playing at No. 10.

He is also viewed as a natural leader and captain material.

Azeez was playing for Arsenal’s Under-18s when he was 15 and didn’t look out of his depth at all.

He developed so well as a player and leader that, by the time he was 17, he was captaining the team.

Azeez was in and around the first team last season made his senior debut in December’s Europa League win over Dundalk.

Arsenal fans have high hopes for Azeez and some have even compared him to two of the best midfielders to play the game – Andrea Pirlo and Andres Iniesta.

Arsenal’s season is finally underway as they picked up their first win of the campaign against Norwich.

Over the course of the next few months, can Gunners fans celebrate the breakthrough of another Hale End talent as well as success on the pitch?
