PSG are apparently open to selling Idrissa Gueye and Arsenal could well rekindle their 2019 interest in the former Everton midfielder.
According to Le10 Sport, PSG has received two enquiries from Premier League clubs for the midfielder.

Gueye has only been with the French giants for around a year. He sealed a move to the French capital just last summer, signing in a £30m deal from Everton. (BBC)
However, Gueye has struggled to make a massive impact under Thomas Tuchel for the Ligue 1 giants. That has fuelled talk of a move away from France, with yesterday’s reports adding further irons to the fire.
But despite no naming of the clubs from England, it could be in Arsenal’s interests to make their move.
Battling qualities and Premier League experience
In a market that is expected to be diluted this summer, it makes perfect sense for the Gunners to make a move for someone like Gueye.
First of all, there is every chance PSG might be open to a loan move. This would play into Arsenal’s hands given they wouldn’t need to part ways with a big chunk of cash.

Secondly, Gueye wouldn’t need time to settle in England or the PL. He has tonnes of experience from his days with Everton, where he was a key player for the Toffees.
Indeed, such was his performance level at Goodison Park that former midfielder partner, Morgan Schneiderlin, described him as ‘amazing’ to play alongside. (Goal)
Ideally, a loan move would be the move for Arsenal. If they can sort that out, then they might well just be getting one of the bargains of the summer.
