Arsenal has a decent month in March as Unai Emery’s men beat Manchester United, drew with Spurs and reached the quarter-final of the Europa League.

The Gunners threw themselves back into contention for the top four with a couple of decent results.

A win over Newcastle on Monday night put them third in the Premier League, handing them hope of a return to play in the elite European club competition.

March was a stunning month for goalkeeper Bernd Leno.

The jury had been out on the man who signed for Arsenal for £22 million from Leverkusen, according to Evening Standard.

Two quality performances against Spurs and United, however, have made him an instant hit to the club’s supporters.

His recent displays saw him earn the club’s Player of the Month award for March.

The 27-year-old has been backed by the Gunners faithful and they were quick to congratulate their custodian on Twitter.
