There’s certainly no doubt that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta thinks about every single detail when it comes to preparing for games.
Perhaps Arsenal’s seismic win at West Ham United recently was the culmination of all of Arteta’s work, redeeming two defeats this season against the same opponent.

After the game, West Ham’s James Ward Prowse came out and lamented Arsenal’s better attention to detail, saying his team could learn a thing or two.
And whilst Mikel Arteta gets a lot of credit, it feels as if his coaching staff don’t always get the praise they deserve too.
It seemed as if Arteta was intent on assembling something of a coaching ‘dream team’ in North London, surrounding himself with excellent voices.
And as well as the success of Alfie Stuivenberg joining as Arteta’s number two, the Arsenal manager also welcomed Carlos Cuesta from Juventus in 2020.
The young coach, who is now 28-years-old, is hailed as one of the best young brains in football, someone Arsenal are lucky to have.
With that being said, Norwich City seem to have noticed his strong credentials as well.
And according to The Guardian, they could be about to make an approach for Cuesta as their new manager this summer.
Norwich City now want Mikel Arteta’s assistant Carlos Cuesta as new manager
The report expects that Cuesta, who speaks six different languages, could be tempted by the opportunity to join Norwich.
Former Arsenal loans manager Ben Knapper is currently at Norwich, which has probably led to the interest through commendation.

It would undoubtedly be a blow for Arsenal if Cuesta left Arteta’s side to become the new Norwich manager this summer, but similarly you’d think the club would be happy for him.
Of course, if Cuesta was to leave, you’d have to think that Arsenal would have ample time to find an alternative in the off-season.
But perhaps with such a busy summer ahead in the transfer market, as fans will hope at least, the club would probably want the situation resolved sooner than later.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is thought to really want to add a new goal scorer this summer, but perhaps he’ll also need to add a new second hand man.
And with the thought of Cuesta leaving, Arsenal might already be pondering the exit of a player who was amazing in the Champions League last night.
