Speaking on The Redmen TV, Emmanuel Luiz has been discussing Andre’s future, and he says that Arsenal are lurking in the shadows in the race to sign Andre, claiming that the Gunners did send a scout over to watch the midfielder this weekend.

Luiz spoke about the £40m midfielder.
