One of the latest transfer deadline day deals to go through was the transfer to take Alex Iwobi from Arsenal to Everton for £34 million (BBC Sport).
The Gunners chose to offload their academy graduate, ending his long association with the football club.
During 149 games with the first-team, Iwobi scored 15 goals and registered 23 assists.

Marco Silva had been heavily linked with a move for Wilfried Zaha but when Crystal Palace chose not to sell, he turned his attentions to Iwobi.
The 23-year-old has 36 caps for his country and featured for Nigeria in the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
His departure from the Emirates will perhaps come as a surprise to some. Last season he featured in 51 games for the Gunners and seemed to be fancied by Unai Emery.
With the signing of Nicolas Pepe, however, his first-team chances next season looked remote. A switch to Everton does seem to enhance his chances of regular football.

There has been a sense of mixed reactions from the Arsenal faithful over this departure.
Some are gutted that prospect from the academy has departed; whilst others think it is a good move for the club to offload him.
