Arsenal fans react as reported Juventus swap could see Hector Bellerin leave

Arsenal are reportedly considering a swap deal with Juventus that would see Hector Bellerin join Aaron Ramsey and Wojciech Szczesny in Turin, and Merih Demiral join the Gunners – and Arsenal supporters have reacted on Twitter.

Italian outlet CalcioMercato reckon Juventus are keen on signing 24-year-old Bellerin, while Arsenal are desperate to beat Manchester United to Turkish centre-back Demiral. The report claims the two sides could perform a swap deal.

Previous reports linking Arsenal with Demiral have claimed that Juventus want £34million (Sun) for the Turkey international – despite the ex-Sassuolo rock only playing once for Maurizio Sarri’s side since joining the Italian champions in the summer.

But Juve may look to reject offers from Arsenal in their pursuit from Demiral, and may only be willing to do business if Spain international Bellerin is included in a deal. Sarri does have options at right-back, especially after signing Danilo in the summer.

However, reports claim that Juve want a new right-sided defender and Bellerin has cropped up on their shortlist – despite the fleet-footed Arsenal star struggling with a number of injuries on the sidelines. He is currently suffering from a hamstring issue.

Arsenal fans reacted to the reported news that their club could secure a deal for Demiral, but it would see them lose vice captain Bellerin. Some are all for a deal with many believing getting Demiral is crucial, while others do not want to lose Bellerin.
