Rangers fans are really starting to warm to Jermain Defoe after the veteran striker found the net again.
Defoe got the ball rolling in Saturday’s 3-1 win over Hearts as he opened the scoring just 15 minutes in.
The 36-year-old may be entering the final years of his contract but he is still performing at a high level for the Gers.
Defoe joined Rangers in the January transfer window, agreeing to an 18-month loan switch from Bournemouth.
After scoring on his debut, Defoe has now managed to net seven goals in 13 league games, although only seven of those have been starts.

With Alfredo Morelos once again suspended for receiving his fifth red card of the season, Defoe has had to lead the line for Rangers.
And the former England international has impressed fans with his energetic and unselfish performances in the lone striker role.
Rangers fans took to social media to discuss Defoe’s performance against Hearts and how well he has played.
Here are several tweets from Rangers supporters after Defoe notched his seventh league goal since his January move.
