Tottenham have now picked up seven wins from their opening nine league games as Postecoglou has hit the ground running in North London.

Their early-season form has led to many questioning whether Tottenham are capable of mounting a serious assault for the title this season.

Now, the question has been put to Postecoglou and he’s answered in typically brilliant fashion.

Speaking on talkSPORT, Postecoglou was asked if Tottenham are capable of winning the Premier League this season.

And he responded: “Unless there’s something in the rules which says Tottenham can’t I think, yeah, every team can.”

Postecoglou has not only delivered on the pitch for Spurs so far but he’s also proving to be a charismatic personality in press conferences.

The Aussie boss has a brilliant habit of saying the right things at the right time and his answer on Tottenham’s title credentials will certainly please his supporters.

While he didn’t rule Tottenham out, he didn’t state that his players aren’t quite ready to challenge for the tile yet. And he delivered the message in a way that will amuse Tottenham supporters.

Spurs seem to have landed on the right man after an exhaustive search for Antonio Conte’s successor.

It’s still early days but Postecoglou has barely put a foot wrong so far.

It may be a bit premature for Spurs to be thinking about the title as there are concerns over their lack of depth in key positions. But the future certainly looks bright for Postecoglou and this young Tottenham side at the moment.
