Andy Walker has told Sky Sports that Joe Aribo must be worth a lot of money now as he named the Rangers star in his Scottish Premiership Team of the Season after his outstanding campaign at Ibrox.
Like several of his Gers teammates, Aribo appears to have taken his game to another level this term.

Steven Gerrard’s men are 20 points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership. And Aribo has managed to steal the show on a number of occasions.
He has scored six goals and provided four assists in the top flight. And he is one of the players who produces a piece of magic when the Light Blues have needed it.

And Walker suggested that the 2019 move to bring him to Ibrox at the end of his contract should be the envy of all clubs.
“I like what Joe Aribo does, especially in tight areas with the ball,” he told Sky Sports. “To get him for a development fee from Charlton is the type of business every club is looking at and I think he is worth a lot of money now.”
The move for Aribo must surely be one of the best pieces of business the club have done in recent years.
Rangers have got a lot right in the market since Gerrard’s arrival. But few of their deals will prove to be as inspired as the move for Aribo.
As Walker suggests, the Gers could now demand a huge fee for the Nigeria international if they did decide to sell him in the future.
