Andrea Radrizzani has eased concerns over Leeds United’s season tickets for the 2020-21 season by responding to a fan on Twitter, telling him that Angus Kinnear is on the case – and Leeds fans have responded.
With the Covid-19 pandemic suspending the last nine Championship fixtures, Leeds supporters were expecting an announcement to be made in the near future about season tickets for next season – though a start date is yet to be decided.
An enormous 23,000 supporters purchased season tickets for the 2019-20 campaign, and it is believed a similar number of supporters will re-purchase for the 2020-21 season. Leeds have frozen prices for the upcoming season.
It is believed supporters paying on finance was to begin at the start of this month but fans are now concerned at the payment plan given the doubts over next season. The deadline to secure a season ticket ends on March 27, but fans are also asking for an extension.
Owner Radrizzani responded to a worried fan, saying Kinnear is on the case.
Angus Kinnear is on the the ST renewal case. The club management understands the difficulties of this period and will work out something.

Leeds remain top of the Championship and are just nine games away from securing promotion – only for the suspension of England’s second tier to put the Whites climb to the top tier put in doubt.
Whites supporters reacted to Radrizzani finally commenting on the issue of the season tickets for next season, with many applauding the Italian for keeping supporters in the loop. One fan Tweeted: “Better late than never”.
Cheers radz. I’m sure you are very aware people took the option of finance to pay for there st and are now locked down . Is more a case of a club statement on the matter not just some random fan on FB ….
Thanks again for pulling us out the dark times radz
