Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani reacted on Twitter after the club confirmed the signing of youngster Sam Greenwood.
The Whites confirmed on their official website on Friday morning that they have signed the 18-year-old from Premier League rivals Arsenal.
The English forward has penned a three-year deal at Elland Road and he will immediately be joining up with the club’s Under-23s team to continue his development.
Leeds Live reported earlier in the week that Greenwood was on the brink of completing a move to Elland Road from English giants Arsenal and the transfer could be worth as much as £3million with add-ons.
Radrizzani posted on his social media an excited response to the confirmation of Greenwood joining and he believes the Yorkshire club have a bright future ahead of them.

Greenwood may only be a signing for the club’s youth team, but he’s a highly-rated talent that has represented England on the international stage at youth level and was beginning to make a good impression at the Emirates Stadium with Arsenal.
Leeds boss Marceo Bielsa has shown he’s eager to promote young talents into his first-team, with a number of rising stars playing a role last season for him in the club’s title-winning campaign in the Championship to earn promotion.
