West Ham ace Felipe Anderson wants to complete a transfer back to Serie A outfit Lazio, according to Gazzetta Dello Sport.
The publication are claiming that the east Londoners have shown a desire to sell the South American.
Reports last week claimed that the Irons were thinking of clearing out the fringe players in their squad. Anderson was linked with a move away, alongside the likes of Manuel Lanzini and Andriy Yarmolenko.
Anderson endured a horrible spell on loan with Porto last season, making just 10 appearances across all competitions.
It’s not the first time the 28-year-old has been linked with a move away from the London Stadium.
Last summer he was heavily linked with a move back to Lazio. Reports claimed

TBR View: Anderson transfer has been a huge waste of time for West Ham
Following his transfer back in 2018, Anderson has been a monumental flop for West Ham.
Upon his arrival in east London, it was claimed that Anderson was ‘one of the most exciting talents in Europe.’
It’s fair to say the Irons very rarely saw many glimpses of the quality he supposedly has.
34 goals and 39 assists in over 175 appearances is a poor return for a player who joined for £36m.
However, a side from his attacking returns, there were far more worrying aspects to Anderson’s game.
The winger’s lack of enthusiasm and drive was incredibly noticeable. It earned him a move to Porto, where a similar scenario ensued.
Just 10 appearances on loan with the Liga NOS giants is a display that West Ham should move the £85k-p/w player on.
This summer proves to be a crucial one for the Irons with Europa League football on the horizon.
Selling deadweight to make room for further reinforcements is a key aspect and Anderson should be one of the first to go.
