West Ham United fans have praised Declan Rice after he gave his England shirt away to a Polish fan in the crowd last night.

Classy gesture

The Poland supporter had a West Ham jacket and must have called the Hammers midfielder over at full-time.

Rice was happy to give away his shirt and pose for picture, in a very generous gesture.

The West Ham man continues to be vital for England, and he consistently broke up play well yesterday.

The Three Lions did concede in the closing stages, as they slipped to a 1-1 draw.

But the point has edged them even closer to achieving their overall goal, which is to qualify for the World Cup.

Rice’s attention will now return to West Ham matters, where he is set to start for David Moyes’ men against Southampton at the weekend.
