Phillips tbh couldn’t really do much when there’s honestly no creative minds on the pitch. At Leeds there’s creativity all over the pitch. That’s where you can see him at his best.

I know I’m biased but Philips looked like one of the few England players comfortable in that game. Rice gave it away too much and he Philips are too similar to play together really. Was calling out for another attacking midfielder alongside Mount with Phillips in behind.
