West Ham United have been linked with Wolves defender Max Kilman in recent days.
Hammers boss David Moyes is keen to sign a new defender this month and has set his sights on Kilman, according to The Guardian.
West Ham defender Nayef Aguerd is being linked with a move away from the London Stadium, with Lyon said to be after him.
Should the Hammers lose Aguerd, they would apparently look to reinvest the funds generated by his sale to fund a move for a new defender.

Ally McCoist, speaking on talkSPORT as per their YouTube channel, has claimed that Moyes is a fan of Kilman.
The popular pundit also thinks he’d be a good signing for West Ham, particularly with Thilo Kehrer having joined Monaco on an initial loan deal.
“That would make sense,” McCoist said of a potential Hammers move for Kilman. “I know Moysey is a fan. Kehrer is away. That would be a good move.”
Max Kilman would be a great signing for West Ham but January move looks difficult – TBR View
Kilman would indeed be a great signing for West Ham. We’ve all seen what he can do in the Premier League and, at 26 years of age, is yet to reach his peak as a defender.
However, getting a deal over the line in the January transfer window will be difficult. Wolves seem eager to keep hold of their player for now.
It’s understandable, really. Willingly selling such a key player mid-season when there’s no real reason to is akin to self-sabotage.
That said, you never know. The Guardian have mentioned a ballpark valuation of £40million. This suggests Wolves’ head could maybe be turned with a big enough bid.
Let’s see in the coming weeks whether the Hammers decide to make an approach for the defender.
