‘All day long’… Amadou Onana suggests Everton have a player who’s better than Jarrod Bowen

Amadou Onana has picked Jack Harrison over Jarrod Bowen when speaking to the Premier League’s YouTube channel.

Onana was drafting a hypothetical XI on EA FC 24, and on the right wing he was presented with two options for his team.

Onana was asked to choose between his Everton teammate and West Ham star Jarrod Bowen, and despite Bowen’s incredible form as of late, the Belgian opted for Harrison.

Onana says that Harrison is a player he absolutely loves sharing the pitch with, describing him as both skilful and quick.

Amadou Onana picks Jack Harrison over Jarrod Bowen

The midfielder shared his verdict on his teammate.

“Jack Harrison or Jarrod Bowen?” Onana was asked.

“I’ll go with Jack, a skilful player, quick as well. I like to play with him, he’s someone who I’m pretty good with, so I’ll go with Jack all day long,” Onana said.

Can’t agree

As much as we like Harrison as a player, we can’t agree with Onana’s verdict here.

Jarrod Bowen has been red hot this season, and he’s proven that he’s one of the best wingers in the Premier League, way ahead of the likes of Jack Harrison.

Harrison is a good player, don’t get us wrong, but Bowen has proven this term that he belongs amongst the Premier League’s elite.

Onana’s personal bias probably came into play a bit here. After all, Harrison is his teammate and they appear to get on very well on and off the pitch, but if he played with Bowen, perhaps he’d have a different answer to this question.
