According to reports in his native Colombia, agents acting on behalf of Alfredo Morelos have been trying to secure him a move away from Rangers for the past month.
The Rangers striker is considered a prized asset at Ibrox and only this week he told Radio Caracol of his commitment to Steven Gerrard’s team amid continued rumours over his future.
However, despite those comments, the Rangers striker is seemingly on the hunt for a transfer, or at least his agents are.
MARCA in Colombia are reporting that the Rangers star’s agents have been negotiating his exit for a month but Rangers continue to put ‘obstacles’ in the way of any deal and will ‘not facilitate the negotiations’.

The report claims that Rangers would still be looking for around €20 million (£18.2m) to consider selling the Colombian goal-machine.
Teams from France, Qatar, Italy, and England have all been linked with a potential swoop for the Rangers player but it appears the Ibrox club will not be making an exit easy.
Which is understandable, considering ‘El Bufalo’ scored 29 goals in 46 games for Rangers last season.
Morelos is currently represented by World In Motion, whose client base includes Conor Coady and Aaron Ramsdale.
They have previously been defensive when another agent appeared to link the Rangers star with Napoli, with Michael Gorman calling the agent in question ‘a liar’ in conversation with Golombianos.
So if this is another unfounded report, you can imagine that Morelos’ people will be quick to put it out.
But it would also be no surprise if they were indeed looking for suitable buyers, considering Morelos’ sensational form at Rangers and no Ibrox fan is naive enough to deny that fact.
