Alan Shearer hails Liverpool star Diogo Jota after superb display against Leicester
Alan Shearer has described Liverpool star Diogo Jota as being ‘unplayable’ against Leicester City last weekend.
The Portugal international continued his fine form for the Reds, scoring his eighth goal for the club since joining from Wolves in the summer.

Jota might have started anyway, but he really stepped up to the plate against the Foxes in the absence of Mo Salah at Anfield.
The player really could not have hoped for a better start to life on Merseyside, and he is already making his £45 million price tag look a bargain.
And Jota’s latest display was easily enough to warrant a place in Match of the Day pundit Shearer’s Team of the Week.

On the 23-year-old, the Newcastle United legend said (official Premier League website): “Another brilliant signing, Jota was unplayable against Leicester. Wow! Quite magnificent.”
High praise, for a player operating at a very high level right now.
TBR’s View – Jota undroppable for Klopp right now
As one of the most in-form player’s in the league right now, Jota simply has to be playing every game he can for the Reds.

The star just looks so dangerous, and his putting away chances that he perhaps might have squandered back at Wolves.
Quite simply, Jota has become undroppable for Klopp at the moment.
