Former Celtic star Alan McInally has backed youngster Liam Morrison to be a success at Bayern Munich.
Celtic were disappointed to lose the talented 16-year-old earlier this month as he secured a deal to join the Bavarian giants.
He becomes the second Scot to join Bayern with former Celtic and Aston Villa striker McInally the other.

Speaking to The Scottish Sun, the TV pundit announced his pleasure at seeing a young Scot follow in his footsteps.
“I’m chuffed Liam has decided to make this move. It takes guts and I applaud his attitude when he says he wants to be one of the game’s top defenders. That augurs well for his future.
“He’s clearly a kid with talent and the drive to succeed. He’s just 16 and, with that in mind, I shouldn’t have to tell him it’s best to avoid the temptations of Oktoberfest!
“But seriously, he has a terrific chance to become the best he can be at one of the world’s top clubs.”

There is no doubt that Morrison could have the talent to make it big at Bayern. Celtic were devastated to lose such an impressive young player and going forward they may be made to further regret not being able to convince him into staying in Glasgow.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, the youngster said he hoped the move to Bayern could see him emulate a former Celtic great and currently the best defender in the world in Virgil van Dijk.
Whilst such success would have Celtic fans wishing he stayed, nobody will begrudge the young talent every bit of success in Germany.
