Jonathan Barnett, the agent of Jack Grealish, has revealed that multiple clubs are interested in the Aston Villa captain this summer, though there is a chance the England international could remain for the Birmingham club.
In an interview with SNTV, the English football agent claimed that multiple teams are interested in the 24-year-old winger heading into the summer transfer window, yet there is a chance that Grealish might stay with Villa following an impressive season in the Premier League, with Dean Smith’s side set for a mid-table finish.

Grealish’s future has been a widely reported subject for multiple years now, with the Villa captain constantly linked with a departure away from Villa Park since emerging as one of the club’s top players, and this summer is no different. Yet Barnett believes there is every chance the attacker remains with the Villains.
The British football agent said: “The truth is we don’t know [what will happen]. There are many clubs (interested) and I wouldn’t put Manchester United at the top of that [list]. But he could stay. He could stay as well so it’s a conversation the club, Aston Villa, will have with Jack and ourselves then we’ll see where we go.”

TBR View: Improvements to Villa could convince Grealish to stay one more year
This summer is likely to be plagued with reports and rumours over the future of Grealish. Yet given Villa’s upturn in form this season and teases from Dean Smith that the club could be spending big in the transfer window, the club captain could well remain with the Premier League side for another year.
The Villa project, with the financial backing from NWSE, could see the club challenge higher up the table next season, and if the transfer committee can attract some big-name players this summer, this commitment could convince Grealish to help elevate his boyhood club to the next level in the English game.
