Leeds transfer news: Ounahi offer will 'be listened to' by Angers - journalist
Leeds United have been linked with Morocco international Azzedine Ounahi in recent weeks.
That report suggested that Leeds’ bid is the highest of all the interested clubs in Ounahi.
There is also apparent interest in the 22-year-old from Napoli, leading to mentions of Leeds in the Italian press.
RAI journalist Ciro Venerato has provided an update on the transfer state of play involving Ounahi.
Venerato also pointed out the ‘long distance’ between Napoli’s offer and Angers’ demand.
Apparently, the Serie A side don’t want to spend over €15m, including bonuses.
Meanwhile, the French club’s request is of at least €25m.
“There is no definitive yes (to Napoli’s offer),” he said.
“Indeed the proposals from the Premier League, with Leeds and Leicester, and from the Bundesliga, with that of Leipzig, will also be listened to.”

Ounahi would be a great shout for Leeds as they look to bolster their ranks this month.
He enjoyed a sensational World Cup as he helped Morocco reach the semi-finals.
Leeds have enjoyed a fruitful January transfer window so far. They’ve signed Max Wober and are reportedly about to land Georginio Rutter.
If they signed Ounahi as well, that would make it an incredible window. He’s just what they need in midfield.
