Arsenal have been linked with Serge Gnabry in recent weeks.
CBS reporter Ben Jacobs recently claimed the Gunners were exploring the possibility of re-signing the 26-year-old.
Alongside Arsenal, London rivals Chelsea were reportedly in pursuit of Gnabry.

Charles Watts said this week that the thought of Gnabry joining the Blues ‘sends a shiver down all Arsenal fans’ spine.’
With that in mind, there is now good news and bad news for Gunners fans, based on the latest reports.
Gnabry won’t be joining Chelsea – but neither will the ‘world-class‘ ace be returning to the Emirates Stadium.
The Athletic’s David Ornstein has reported that the Germany international has agreed a new long-term contract with Bayern Munich.
Gnabry’s previous deal was set to expire next summer, but he’ll now pen a new contract in the coming days.
Fabrizio Romano elaborated on Ornstein’s report by saying Gnabry will commit his future to Bayern until 2026.
It was always his priority to pen fresh terms at the Allianz Arena, added Romano.
A bit of a blow for Arsenal, but Gnabry has done very well for himself at Bayern and there was no real reason for him to leave.
He is a regular for his club – last season alone, he made 45 appearances, registering 17 goals and 10 assists.
Arsenal will now need to look elsewhere – but there’s still plenty of time in the current transfer window for Mikel Arteta to land another winger.
