Serie A outfit AC Milan want Wolves playmaker Ruben Neves this summer, according to a report by Italian outlet Sport Mediaset.
They report that the San Siro club want to give their midfield a revamp this summer and believe that Neves might be open to a move despite enjoying such success at Molineux last season.
That’s apparently because they believe he has a desire to emulate his hero Andrea Pirlo and pull on the red and black shirt – and they have tried to start initial talks.
But of course £50,000-a-week (Spotrac) Neves would not come cheap, so Milan are willing to include 23-year-old striker Andre Silva in any potential deal to offset the cost.

Silva has been linked with a move to Molineux by the Daily Mirror last month, but the Guardian linked Wolves with a swoop as long ago as January 2018.
And while the opportunity to land a long-term target may appeal to Wolves, it is surely not worth letting a player as good as Neves go in order to get him in.
Neves is the heartbeat of all that is good about Wolves; a tireless runner with extreme quality and at the right age to guide the Old Gold into an exciting new era.
Silva has obvious talent – and Wolves could still use a striker – but has struggled with form and fitness at Milan and is simply not worth losing Neves over.
