Some Liverpool fans have criticised a report claiming the Reds aren’t likely to make any more signings this summer.

However, PA – as quoted by The Independent – claims Liverpool are unlikely to make further additions this summer.
It’s an alarming report given the Reds really could do with bolstering their ranks further.
Georginio Wijnaldum has left Liverpool on a free transfer, while the front line looked jaded at times.
For all we know, it could just be a smokescreen intended not to make clubs aware that the Reds are in fact still looking for more players.
This could risk clubs putting prices up if they know a big outfit like Liverpool is actively looking to sign new players.
