‘Absolutely immense’: Tottenham fans praise Oliver Skipp despite Everton draw

Tottenham kicked off life in the Premier League under Antonio Conte with a 0-0 draw at Everton this afternoon in the Premier League.

The Italian manager saw his defence be more solid than in midweek and the clean-sheet will be welcomed, albeit the three points would have been even more welcomed by Conte.

However, there are things for the new Spurs boss to work with. Certain Spurs players turned up for the game and put in far better performances than they had done in previous weeks.

One of the players who Tottenham fans seemed to be impressed with at Goodison Park was midfielder, Oliver Skipp. The youngster was once again the middle of the park and he showed just why he’s been getting picked.

A yellow card means Skipp will miss the next Tottenham game. But for his performance at Everton, there was plenty of praise on Twitter from the Spurs faithful.
