Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey is reportedly keen on quitting the Serie A club and returning to Arsenal after two years with the Italian clubs, with Everton also making an offer for the Welsh international.
According to Il Bianconero, Ramsey is ready to ‘immediately leave’ Juventus in order to facilitate a return back to north London where the 61-time Wales international made a name for himself before leaving for the Old Lady in the summer of 2019. The report also claims that Premier League rivals Everton have also come in with an offer for Ramsey, who is keen to return to England.

Ramsey has had a mixed spell in Italy since joining from Arsenal, with the former Cardiff City midfielder winning the Serie A title last season with Juventus, but the 30-year-old player is yet to nail down a guaranteed first-team spot in Andrea Pirlo’s starting XI.
North London rivals Tottenham have also been linked with a move for Ramsey in recent weeks, with TuttoMercatoWeb reporting that Spurs were one of a handful of clubs keeping an eye on the Welsh midfielder’s situation with the Turin-based club, yet these recent reports from Il Bianconero seem to indicate that Arsenal are the favourites to sign the midfielder.

TBR View: Arsenal return would be a fairy-tale ending, but Gunners need to be realistic
Ask any Arsenal supporter if they would take Ramsey back at the Emirates, and the answer nine times out of ten will likely be ‘yes’, but when you take a step back and really think about such a scenario, it could be a transfer that needs some serious thinking.
Indeed, a return to north London would be a fairy-tale ending for supporters, but at 30-years-old and still as injury-prone as he left the Premier League, signing Ramsey again would be both a logistical and financial risk for Arsenal, especially if they are unable to qualify for Europe next season.
