Arsenal are reportedly closing in on the signing of Aaron Ramsdale.
According to football.london, the Gunners are in advanced talks over a deal for the goalkeeper.
Arsenal are reportedly expected to pay Sheffield United an up-front fee of £24million.

Meanwhile, add-ons could take the overall cost up to £30million, added the report.
What has Ramsdale previously said about Arsenal?
As is often the case nowadays, fans will look through a prospective target’s social media to see where his allegiances lie.
And in Ramsdale’s case, a tweet from 2014 has resurfaced where he’s cheering for the Gunners.
What were Arsenal doing at 8:26pm on 19 February 2014, you may ask?
The Gunners were in Champions League last-16 first-leg action against Bayern Munich at the Emirates.
And though Arsenal lost 2-0, Ramsdale’s tweet refers to a positive moment in the 40th minute of the game, when it was goalless.
Moments earlier, Wojciech Szczesny had been sent off for bringing Arjen Robben down in the box, also conceding a penalty.

Lukasz Fabianski came on, replacing Santi Cazorla, and David Alaba stepped up hoping to break the deadlock.
And though Fabianski went the wrong way, Alaba failed to score, his effort hitting the outside of the left post – cue Ramsdale celebrating.
So even though Ramsdale’s potential Arsenal move may be spliting opinion, it’s nice to know he appears to have a soft spot for the Gunners.
