TalkSPORT host Jeff Stelling has given his verdict on Tottenham Hotspur left-back Destiny Udogie.
The former Soccer Saturday presenter on Sky Sports has been hugely impressed by how well Udogie has done for Spurs so far this season.
So, what has Jeff Stelling said about Tottenham Hotspur left-back Destiny Udogie? Let’s take a look.
Jeff Stelling praises Tottenham Hotspur left-back Destiny Udogie
Well, talkSPORT host Jeff Stelling and pundit Dean Saunders have been praising Tottenham Hotspur left-back Destiny Udogie.
Former Liverpool player Saunders has included Udogie in his Premier League Team of the Season so far.
The former Aston Villa player has noted how the 21-year-old Italy international left-back is impacting the way that Spurs are playing right now.
As for Stelling, the talkSPORT host believes that Udogie has been “a revelation” for Tottenham this season.

Saunders said on talkSPORT (9:25 am, January 2, 2024): “At left-back, Udogie.”
Stelling noted: “He’s been a revelation.”
Saunders replied: “His energy, getting up and down the pitch, playing with enthusiasm.
“He’s not sitting in old man’s hole, just sitting 10 yards either side of the halfway line, turning back every time he gets it. He goes forward and tries to make the difference to the team.”
My View: Destiny Udogie is one of the best young players in Premier League
In my opinion, Destiny Udogie is one of the best young players in the Premier League and is one of the best players for Tottenham Hotspur.
The left-back may be 21 now, but this is the third year in a row in which he is playing regular first-team football following his spell at Udinese.
Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher has been hugely impressed by Udogie, while talkSPORT pundit Gabriel Agbonlahor thinks that he is the best left-back in the Premier League.
Udogie has scored one goal and given two assists in 17 Premier League matches for Tottenham so far this season. Spurs are fifth in the league table.
