‘A revelation’… Dion Dublin says there’s one player who has completely transformed Arsenal

Arsenal look like they mean business right now.

The Gunners have found some serious form as of late, and after three convincing thrashings in a row, they look good value for the title.

This time 12 months ago, Arsenal’s title challenge began to slip, but now, they seem to be getting stronger as we enter the business end of the season.

So, what’s changed? Well, the squad are a year older and more mature, and there are also some fresh faces in the building – namely Declan Rice.

The midfielder has been a transformative signing since arriving in the summer window, and speaking on Premier League Productions, Dion Dublin has claimed that the England international has been nothing short of a revelation at Arsenal.

Dublin was full of praise for the midfielder.

“They’re up against two sides who won’t waver at all, Arsenal are saying they are here to stay. They’re playing good football, and their big names are consistently playing well. Odegaard has been great, Saka has been great, Rice, yeah Jorginho has come in, but Rice has been a revelation. At the right time they’re putting this form together,” Dublin said.

Rice has been so important to Arsenal’s recent run of form, and he’s the type of player the Gunners have needed for so long.

We’re hasty to make this comparison, but it really does feel as though Rice is the closest thing Arsenal have had to Patrick Vieira since the Frenchman left north London.

Rice has been utterly brilliant, and if the Gunners are indeed to go on and win the Premier League title this term, the 25-year-old will have played a huge part in the title win.
