'A really exciting appointment': Spurs fans react to links with Ralf Rangnick
Spurs fans have been reacting on social media over the weekend after the club were linked with a move for Ralf Rangnick to replace Jose Mourinho.
Bild have claimed that Rangnick has already been sounded out by Spurs for the job, with an offer even already put to the experienced former RB Leipzig man.
The 62-year-old is well respected over in Germany both in the dugout and at board level. Rangnick is currently out of work and was thought to be linked with Chelsea before they appointed Thomas Tuchel.
Rangnick joins a number of names, including Roberto Martinez, Massimo Allegri, and Erik Ten Hag in being linked with the Spurs job.
And while it remains to be seen if Rangnick will indeed be approached by Daniel Levy, Spurs fans on Twitter seem pretty happy about the potential of seeing the German in charge.
Here, then, is what some Tottenham supporters had to say about the links with Ralf Rangnick.
Now he would be a really exciting appointment. The only name in the whole mix that I have warmed too.

Maybe we could bring him in to replace Levy footballwise. I was speaking to a Stuttgart fan yesterday and he said he was a great manager who would want total control over transfers to put his plan in place. #coys #thfc
