The Belgian has unfinished business at Stamford Bridge and a return to London would give Romelu Lukaku an opportunity to prove himself at the club who ditched him two years ago after several seasons of being loaned out to mid table Premier League sides.

Those two years have been hugely successful for Lukaku at Everton, with 61 goals in 127 appearances in all competitions.

He now seems to be the most like for like replacement for Costa in terms of his strength and power which is almost unrivalled by Premier League strikers.

Speculation claims that he would not come cheap, a minimum offer of £75 million would be required according to many sources, but with the money received from the sale of Costa, that should not be a problem for the Blues.
