Arsenal have reportedly begun keeping tabs on Sergio Ramos, according to Goal.com.

The report claims that the Gunners have asked to be kept in the loop regarding the Spaniard’s future.

Arsenal aren’t the only team eyeing Ramos, however – he is apparently in talks with Paris Saint-Germain.

And earlier in the summer, Manchester City were also reportedly eyeing with the 35-year-old.

Ramos is currently a free agent after leaving Real Madrid at the end of the 2020-21 season.

Arsenal eyeing player with an incredible medal collection?

Put simply, Ramos is a superstar boasting one of the best CVs in modern-day football.

He has clocked up 671 competitive appearances for Real Madrid and won 180 caps for Spain.

Ramos’ silverware haul is incredible, having lifted the 2010 World Cup and two European Championships with Spain.

For Real, he has won four Champions Leagues and five La Liga titles, plus a host of other trophies.

“My idol”

Liverpool newcomer Ibrahima Konate told UMM’s YouTube channel in February: “My idol is Sergio Ramos.

“For me, Sergio Ramos is like Vegeta (from Dragon Ball Z). He always works.

“Sergio Ramos is Sergio Ramos and he works every time.

“It’s for this reason I like him because he works every time and, for me, he is the best defender in the world today.”
