After taking Romain Esse from Millwall, Crystal Palace are seemingly trying to add another new signing before the February 3rd transfer deadline.
A story from Record in Portugal claimed that Crystal Palace have asked Sporting CP about Marcus Edwards – after the Londoner was made to train alone in Lisbon.
Crystal Palace could also try again for El Hadji Malick Diouf – having already seen bids worth £12.5m and £14.3m rejected by Slavia Prague.
Now, however, a new development has occurred over in Turkey involving Crystal Palace target Bright Osayi-Samuel.
Bright Osayi-Samuel rejects Fenerbahce contract after speaking to Crystal Palace
A story from Ajansspor now states that the Nigeria international has turned down the offer of a new contract from Fenerbahce, with his current terms set to expire in June.
Interestingly, this update comes after another Turkish news outlet in Takvim claimed that Osayi-Samuel spoke to Crystal Palace at the start of January, and even attended the 5-1 defeat against Arsenal at Selhurst Park towards the end of December.
Takvim add that Fenerbahce currently value the Blackpool academy graduate at €8m (£6.7m).

The Fenerbahce No.21 has made 24 appearances in all competitions so far this season under Jose Mourinho at right-back, providing one assist.
TBR Football understand Aston Villa are admirers of Osayi-Samuel along with Crystal Palace, while Everton also like the 27-year-old.
Crystal Palace could reunite Ebere Eze with Bright Osayi-Samuel
The man born in Okija actually has a link to Crystal Palace in Ebere Eze.
Osayi-Samuel made 66 appearances alongside the Crystal Palace No.10 during their time at QPR, with the England international even describing the Nigerian as like a “brother” to him.
Eze told QPR during a now-expired Instagram live feed: “Me and Bright weren’t in the same school team. We were in the same district team. It’s a blessing because you don’t usually get to work with people you’ve grown up with.
“He’s like a brother to me, so it’s good to share the field with him and it makes everything we do even more special.”
