Chelsea have been one of the most active clubs in the transfer window once again this summer.

Enzo Maresca has been heavily backed after taking the reins from Mauricio Pochettino at Stamford Bridge.

The former Leicester boss has added 11 new players to his ranks with Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid the latest signing.

Now, Chelsea are working on outgoings and with that said, one first-teamer is on the verge of departing before deadline day on Friday.

Bournemouth on the verge of signing Kepa Arrizabalaga

TBR Football understands that Kepa Arrizabalaga has been persuaded to join Bournemouth after their owner-chairman Bill Foley stepped in for talks over the weekend.

We can reveal that Kepa’s agent was at Bournemouth’s draw with Newcastle and met Foley – who is currently in England.

Bournemouth made Kepa their number-one target for a new keeper after they were made aware of his availability.

To do the deal Kepa, who’s been labelled as ‘world class’ per GOAL, could only move on loan but he had to sign a contract extension, which would see a drop in wages next year – and he has now agreed to that.

He is due for medical on South Coast and will sign for 12-months but Bournemouth believe he could stay beyond this season.

Raheem Sterling could leave before the deadline

Raheem Sterling is another Chelsea player who could leave before Friday and it’s thought he’s open to joining Manchester United, according to the Telegraph.

The West Londoners are keen on Jadon Sancho, so perhaps the two clubs could agree on a sensational swap deal.

A telling few days lie ahead.
