£50m player’s agent starts following Edu on Insta, after claims Arsenal are going to sign him

Ben White’s agent has started following Arsenal transfer chief Edu on Instagram in another clear sign that the move appears to be going ahead.

Arsenal are expected to announce the arrival of White from Brighton & Hove Albion in the near future.

And eagle eyed Arsenal fans kept an eye on White’s agents movements on social media yesterday.

Indeed, it was spotted that White’s agent, Alex Levack, followed a range of Arsenal accounts – providing further proof that the move is set to go ahead.

If White does move to Arsenal he is set to become one of the most expensive transfers in the club’s history.

Big money deal

Arsenal are said to be willing to part with £50 million to sign the 23-year-old (Sky).

That shows a significant amount of faith in a player with just one season of Premier League football under his belt.

But Arsenal clearly feel that White can develop into a star of the future, and he could be ideal for Mikel Arteta’s sytem.

Arteta likes to build from the back and with White so comfortable in possession, he should have all the skills required to help Arsenal in that regard.
