Spurs fans have been having their say on Twitter over the last 24 hours, after reports claimed Giovani Lo Celso was wanted by Atletico Madrid.

Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo made the claims. They say Atletico could decide to move for Lo Celso again, after initially missing out on him back in 2019 when he had impressed for Real Betis.

Lo Celso has done well when given the chance under Jose Mourinho. However, there is no doubt that injuries have hindered his progress in North London and cost him a lot of game time.

And that was among the discussion points on Twitter, as Spurs fans debated whether or not to keep Lo Celso. Some supporters were split in their opinions, with some suggesting a good fee should tempt the club into a sale.
