Although you could be forgiven if you have completely forgotten about the man who swept up the PFA players of the year award a year ago, Eden Hazard is still set to be hot property on this summer’s transfer market. After an amazing season in 14/15 in which he guided Chelsea to a Premier League title, Hazard was the name on everyone’s lips. However, the Belgian’s massive slump in form left him out of the Chelsea line-up, let alone the team of the season.

With only two goals all year in the league, both of those coming against Bournemouth a week ago, a move could reignite the former player of the year. Real Madrid is an obvious destination as they are set to begin their rebuilding project in the summer. Hazard’s favoured position, left wing, is currently occupied by a certain Cristiano Ronaldo so this move could all depend on the Portuguese leaving Madrid.
