Liverpool midfielder Harvey Elliott continues to thrive and progress away from Anfield on loan, earning plaudits from fans and peers alike.
Despite his young age – he turned 17 in April – Elliott has already made nine senior appearances for Liverpool since joining last year, two of those in the Premier League.
In October, the attacking ace joined Blackburn on a season-long loan, and to date, he has made 12 Championship appearances, scoring twice and registering four assists.

In addition, all but one of those appearances were as a starter, and he played the full 90 minutes in nine of those games, highlighting how crucial he has become for Rovers.
And despite the Lancastrians being somewhat inconsistent this season – seven wins, four draws and six defeats – Elliott stands out even in defeat.
Blackburn may have lost on Wednesday night, falling to a 1-0 defeat at Bristol City, but they certainly created plenty of chances, with the Liverpool man heavily involved.
Elliott made six key passes and set up five efforts across the whole of the game, more than nine Championship teams managed in their midweek games.
Needless to say, praise continues to go the Anfield prodigy’s way on social media:
