Genoa defender Radu Dragusin is pushing to join Tottenham this month due to his preference of moving to the Premier League.
Spurs have been trying to get a deal over the line for Dragusin in the last week or so and there’s been a host of updates on the situation along the way.
Tottenham have moved to sign Timo Werner as well, and now their focus is on Dragusin.
Reports today have suggested that Spurs are now hoping to get a deal done for Dragusin in the next few days.
And that ambition is strengthened by what Football.London’s Alasdair Gold is reporting on the matter.
Radu Dragusin wants Premier League move amid Tottenham links
Writing up a report on all things Tottenham at the moment, Gold has claimed that there is an ace up the sleeve of Spurs when it comes to landing Dragusin.

Gold writes how the Romanian defender prefers a move to England and is willing to forgo offers from other clubs, namely Napoli, to make the move to Tottenham happen.
Of course, this is good news for Spurs and their manager, Ange Postecoglou.
The Aussie wants new players through the door this month to boost his team’s bid for Champions League football and defence is seen as a priority area for the club.
Injuries to Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero have hampered their season a tad, while Eric Dier is believed to be on his way to Bayern Munich.
Boost for Spurs
Premier League money is probably doing the talking here, especially when it comes to the wages Dragusin is likely to be offered.
Other leagues don’t seem to be able to compete nowadays with English clubs and it’s no surprise to see Dragusin wanting the move to Spurs.
Of course, there’s more to life than just money and the fact Tottenham are flying under Postecoglou is probably a factor as well.
Spurs are expected to pay around £30m to get Dragusin done and dusted and given his age and potential, it will probably be money well spent.
