Up: Roberto Firmino
It is safe to say that defending was not high on the agenda in the game between Liverpool and Norwich, and as a consequence we were served up one of the most entertaining matches of recent times.

For Liverpool, the eventual winners of the enthralling encounter, their stand out player was Brazilian attacker Roberto Firmino. After initially struggling to settle after his big money move from Hoffenheim, Firmino finally seems to be growing accustomed to the Premier League and currently looks like Liverpool’s best attacking option in the absence of Daniel Sturridge, Danny Ings and Divock Origi.

Firmino scored twice against the Canaries, and was involved in the creation of numerous other chances. Add this strong performance to his recent first-half masterclass against Arsenal and the Brazilian has notched 4 goals in 3 league games. Given another few months to get to know the League, Liverpool may have a seriously good player on their hands.
