Many people would consider to be 2016 a pretty bad year, and Odion Ighalo is certainly one of them.

The Nigerian striker was red hot last season, but this calendar year has not gone his way, and his poor form cost the Hornets on a trip to the Etihad Stadium.

With the score at 1-0 late in the game, the ball was crossed into Ighalo, who merely had to tap it in and rescue a point for Watford. Instead, he blazed it over, and City won 2-0.

He needs to find his shooting boots fast.
