Amid all of the chaos that the January deadline day brings, it seems as if one Arsenal move could go under the radar.
Mikel Arteta’s side aren’t going to add a new signing today, that seems to have been made abundantly clear.

Moreover, it also seems as if Cedric Soares is now staying after a move to Turkey failed to come to fruition.
Lino Sousa, on the other hand, is now very close to joining Aston Villa – a deal that should be announced in the coming hours.
All that being said, there’s another Arsenal player who is reportedly on the move on deadline day during the chaos.
Icelandic goalkeeper Runar Alex Runarsson has been on loan at Cardiff City so far this season, but is now heading back to North London today.
That’s per journalist Mike McGrath, who shared his update on The Telegraph.
Runar Alex Runarsson now returning to Arsenal on deadline day amid all the chaos
McGrath said Runarsson’s future was now undecided, perhaps meaning there could be another loan deal on the cards.
He said: “Runar Alex Runarsson, the Iceland goalkeeper, meanwhile, will return to Arsenal from Cardiff with his future, as yet, undecided.”
Runarsson started just six games during his loan spell at Cardiff City – which has come to an end judging by this report.
His loan was thought to run until the end of the season, but it would seem the move has been deemed unproductive.
The Arsenal loanee has been stuck behind number one Jak Alnwick, and simply hasn’t been making progress following a strong year in Turkey with Alanyaspor.
All that being said, deadline day news has just broken of a recent enquiry Arsenal received for Aaron Ramsdale.
