Arsenal will look to get back to winning ways following their winter break after suffering a downturn in form during the festive period.
The Gunners have been winless for a month, having lost their last three games in all competitions and drawing against Liverpool before Christmas.
Arsenal have spent a week at a training camp in Dubai, with Mikel Arteta putting his players through their paces during the staggered January break.
The Gunners finished off their warm-weather training campaign on Tuesday with a session that was shared by the Arsenal media team – including on YouTube – on Thursday.
One of the highlights in the video involved Gunners forward Gabriel Martinelli scoring a superb volley and then celebrating with the ‘Siu’ jump and pose.
Arsenal are next in action on Saturday, when they host Crystal Palace in a 12:30pm Premier League kickoff.
Arsenal recharge batteries ahead of Crystal Palace clash
Arsenal’s players looked in good spirits at their warm-weather training camp, and it looks like those shooting drills have been paying off. Let’s hope they can carry that into their next game.
The Gunners have plenty of top players in their ranks, and that’s not changed. The players are still of the highest quality, it’s just that, for one reason or another, they’ve struggled for form.
The last two seasons have been tough for all of the Premier League’s top clubs, whose players have endured huge workloads for club and country. And it’s been showing this season, with lengthy injury lists for so many clubs.

Hopefully the staggered winter break will have gone some way towards helping the players rest their legs and minds, and when things restart properly, all the teams will be raring to go and with charged batteries.
Martinelli, like several other Arsenal players, hasn’t been at his best this season. Let’s hope that the 22-year-old can get back to firing on all cylinders once again.
