Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with Serhou Guirassy in recent weeks.
Now, a report has emerged suggesting Spurs would not only get a bargain on the signing front, but also in terms of his salary.
According to Calciomercato, Guirassy is after a salary of €4million per year, which works out at just under £3.5million.
Divided by 52, it works out at around £67,000-a-week. As per Salarysport, this would make him the 20th highest-paid player at Tottenham.

Although Richarlison has turned a corner following his surgery and Son Heung-min is consistently prolific, Spurs cannot pass up the opportunity to sign Guirassy.
Not only is the 27-year-old a great player in amazing form, but he’s affordable and available for the likes of Tottenham in the January transfer window.
Furthermore, it has been reported that Guirassy would be keen on Spurs. The Sun recently reported that he ‘would prefer a move to Spurs’ over Manchester United.
Guirassy, who reportedly has a £15million release clause has been in sensational form this season. He has a staggering 19 goals in all competitions, of which 17 have come in the Bundesliga.
Any other season, he’d be the runaway leader in the scoring charts. However, he’s up against Harry Kane, who has 21 league goals already.
Serhou Guirassy salary demands should not be a problem for Tottenham Hotspur
AC Milan are apparently after Guirassy too, but the Calciomercato report suggests his salary demands may be somewhat high for them.
That certainly wouldn’t be the case for Spurs, for whom £67,000-a-week would be towards the lower end of their current player salary structure.
Let’s see what happens in the coming weeks. With Ange Postecoglou having been stung by player injuries and suspensions, he’ll surely look to increase his strength in depth throughout the squad.
