Nile John has been spotted as part of the travelling group with Tottenham Hotspur, ahead of their clash with Pacos de Ferreira on Thursday.
John was part of Tottenham’s travelling squad filmed getting on the plane this morning, alongside the likes of Bryan Gil, Dane Scarlett and Pierluigi Gollini.
Harry Kane was not featured in the video, although there has been some reports that he could return in the game.
The call up for John represents the fine progress that he has made in recent years.
The midfielder was actually identified as a potential talent by Jose Mourinho, who included him in Tottenham’s first-team squad on occasion last year.
He was also handed his debut in Tottenham’s Europa League clash with Wolfsberger.
And it seems that John could be handed more European experience with Nuno now.

John played a prominent role in pre-season and seems to be one of the youngsters who Nuno has already taken a shine to.
While breaking into Tottenham’s midfield right now could be difficult, his chances of featuring in the Europa Conference League are starting to look promising, and that must be highly encouraging for the teenaged talent.
