Leeds United had a number of players jet off on international duty as Daniel Farke waits anxiously in the hope they avoid injuries.
Daniel Farke is finally getting his Leeds side to play the football that fans have been craving with the dominant performance against Hull City a taste of things to come.
The Whites face a challenging next six games in the Championship with Burnley, Cardiff City, Coventry City, Norwich City, Sunderland and Sheffield United.
Interestingly, Mateo Joseph was the player who stole the show in the first week of the international break with a goal for the Spain Under-21 side.
Now, another Leeds player just put in another impressive display last night…

Joe Rodon puts in brilliant display on international duty as Wales beat Montenegro
Joe Rodon has put in two very impressive performances whilst away on international duty.
The first was against Turkey in a 0-0 draw. He made three clearances, won four duels, had 102 touches, a 94% passing accuracy and one key pass.
Last night against Montenegro, Rodon, who joined Leeds for around £15 million after add-ons, made four clearances, blocked one shot, made three tackles, made one interception, won four duels, had 61 touches and had a passing accuracy of 91% (as per SofaScore).
Junior Firpo is still unhappy about what happened with him and the Dominican Republic national team
Interestingly, Leeds decided to stop Junior Firpo from participating in the Olympics for the Dominican Republic due to Daniel Farke wanting him for pre-season.
The defender is still rather sour about the situation.
“It was tough, I tried until the last day but they told me that since I was an important player, one of the leaders and captains, they needed me at the start of the pre-season.
“I was telling them that, for me, it was going to be something unique but it didn’t work out.”
However, it wasn’t the end of the world as his country ended up drawing two and losing one of their three matches at the Olympic Games, which meant they failed to progress out of the Group Stage.
